Our Story
Who We Are
OAC Construction is a general contractor based out of Ridgefield, WA. We were founded in 2025 by owners Ethan and Breana Oldham. After almost 10 years in the trades, we were tired of watching local contractors build as quickly as possible, with little attention to quality. This poor quality was reflected right from the beginning of the building process and left us with a passion to build something better.
After Ethan had been trying to get into firefighting for quite some time, it became clear that God wasn’t allowing that to happen, but He was opening the door for us to build something of our own. So without a plan, and our daughter only 2 weeks old, Ethan quit his job to follow and honor God and what He had in store for us. While it’s been quite a journey thus far, we are excited to see where God takes it.

What We Do
We offer a host of construction services, and our mission is to do quality work that lasts generations. We’re tired of watching our beautiful properties in Clark, Cowlitz, and Lewis County become subdivisions with postage-stamp-size lots that cost ridiculous amounts of money. We want to create heritage properties with houses that are built to last, room to have a farm or ranch, a place where your kids can be kids, and something to pass to the next generation.
While our mission is ambitious, we are realistic about the fact that we can’t do this all immediately. So for the time being, we offer what we do best.

Our team has a combined total of approximately 50 years worth of building pole barns, shops, and general contracting, with countless happy customers and structures that are still standing strong after 30+ years.
